Zen brings an exceptionally diverse and multidisciplinary background to his coaching practice. He has experience across aerospace production control, education, entrepreneurial leadership, organizational development, corporate training, cognitive psychology, and even media production (music, radio, TV, and theater). This breadth of knowledge allows him to draw from multiple perspectives when helping clients.
His educational credentials are impressive, including a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, teaching certifications, and specialized certifications in Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. This formal education is complemented by extensive real-world experience.
His coaching approach is particularly effective because it combines transformational life coaching with practical business expertise. Through his coaching practice, “Be the Dream,” he helps clients create actionable plans to reach their goals while developing healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Zen emphasizes the importance of life experience in coaching, which gives him credibility and wisdom to draw from when working with clients. He believes coaches should “follow the guidance that we set forth for our clients” – essentially practicing what they preach.
