Echoes of Prophecy: Exploring the Intersections of Ancient Wisdom and Modern Consciousness Shifts
Some early indicators of shifting the old paradigm to a new normal and our path of evolution came in unexpected ways. Khigh Dhiegh, known for his distinctive roles in television and film, particularly as the villain in the original Hawaii Five-O series, was also deeply engaged in spiritual and philosophical pursuits off-screen. Beyond his acting career, Khigh was a theologian and served as the Rector for a Taoist sanctuary in Tempe, Arizona, reflecting his profound interest in Eastern religions and philosophies. His appearance on the television show “One World” showcased this lesser-known side of his persona, providing a platform for him to discuss concepts related to world citizenship, a topic he was passionately involved with. This episode highlighted how his spiritual beliefs intersected with his views on global harmony and human connectivity, offering viewers a unique perspective on the integration of ancient wisdom into modern life challenges and societal transformations.
As with many aspects of this journey, rather odd and inexplicable things happen along the way. Two years after this interview, Zen (host) experienced a profound moment involving Khigh, about a week after his death. While at his desk in a meditation, Zen unexpectedly engaged in a conversation with Khigh about world citizenship, a topic they had often discussed. During this conversation, Zen questioned his interruption of Khigh and his appointed duties on the ‘other side.’ Instantly, there was a shock wave that literally shook the block constructed guest house he was living in at the time. Later, Zen discovered a newspaper article in the Scottsdale Progress about a sonic boom heard at the same time as his experience, with no identified source available.
Esoteric to Engineering Sciences
In experiencing these kinds of events throughout a lifetime, it’s lead to particular questions that have no immediate answer. There seems to be a burgeoning awareness growing in humanity, especially in the co-creation of a ‘new normal’ that is ongoing, post pandemic. What if reality is actually proving the unprecedented evo-leap in consciousness and co-creativity, bridging science and spirituality in unprecedented ways?

Neither shall I accord with activities that contribute to polluting its waters with deadly chemical waste, nor shall I support technological procedures that contaminate its atmosphere or its global substance with radioactive residue.
I recognize all human beings as my planetary companions. I shall renounce every command and summons that would cause me to inflict non-personally motivated harm or injury upon another human being. I perceive that each person shares with me the societal responsibility of creating and maintaining a world that offers all of its denizens a safe, habitable, and enriching interlude of existence. To this intent, I am sworn.”
Another Credo by Sol Gareth “Garry” Davis (international peace activist who created the World Passport) reads:
“A World Citizen is a human being who lives intellectually, morally and physically in the present. A World Citizen accepts the dynamic fact that the planetary human community is interdependent and whole, that humankind is essentially one. A World Citizen is a peaceful and peacemaking individual, both in daily life and contacts with others. As a global person, a World Citizen relates directly to humankind and to all fellow humans spontaneously, generously and openly. Mutual trust is basic to his/her lifestyle. Politically, a World Citizen accepts a sanctioning institution of representative government, expressing the general and individual sovereign will in order to establish and maintain a system of just and equitable world law with appropriate legislative, judiciary and enforcement bodies. A World Citizen makes this world a better place to live in harmoniously by studying and respecting the viewpoints of fellow citizens from anywhere in the world.”
